Patent Agent

National law firm’s Intellectual Property Section of the Tech Group is seeking a highly qualified Patent Agent with significant experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for hardware including programmable systems and wireless technologies, and/or software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing. The Patent Agent must have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with engineering work experience, excellent academic credentials, and be registered to practice before the USPTO.
