My client, a national IP law firm, is seeking an Patent Attorney or Agent with one to four years of experience for its Minneapolis office. This candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of patent projects, including patent prosecution, IP litigation, licensing and other IP transactions, and IP due diligence. The following qualifications are required:
- USPTO admission
- One to four years of patent prosecution experience with a focus on medical device, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or software work
- B.S. or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering with relevant technical work experience
- Strong academic performance
