Growing pharmaceutical company seeks Production Managers for both its Hauppauge and Brookhaven facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mentor colleagues and work on multiple projects.
- Troubleshoot formulation/process related issues which require an in-depth degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness for optimization of process.
- Represent the Manufacturing Department in quality investigations including but not limited to the handlig of deviations, material disposition investigations and change control.
- Ensure that all manufacturing equipment is validated, calibrated and maintained according to SOP.
- Write, review and approve documentation pertinent to manufacturing operations.
- Develop goals and schedules and set priorities for the department and provide coaching and counseling to improve the performance and morale of the manufacturing department.
Bachelor degree with 6 - 8 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is required.
