Top global law firm has an opening in its NY office for a Patent Agent with a PHD in chemistry or biology. Current Patent Bar membership, as well as previous law firm experience, strongly preferred. Responsibilities include working with the firm's clients and counsel in all aspects of the patent practice, including assisting in evaluating invention disclosures, drafting patent specifications and claims, preparing and prosecuting applications, and working on proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
